AusFarce or AusFantastic?

From their site, might be handy for those that want to import aftershaves/perfume and don't mind putting their hands in their pockets... I use DHL and Fedex for my Class Y stuff by going to them directly, Fedex does economy and express (two price tiers takes 24-72hrs from US) for my stuff with a comparable price while DHL is cheaper but takes 4-5 days.

If you don't want to wait, I recommend FedEx while if you dont mind a few days, go the DHL as they are usually much cheaper in regards to dangerous goods shipping - either way expect to pay through the nose if you are shipping splashes/perfume - in comparison to the value of the goods.

Absolutely through the nose @todras but I'm an impatient SOB....lol
Two EDT's and a Salve for $150 AUD with a $65 AUD freight charge because of the fragrances....

My parcel which was posted 24 July in Sydney has come to Hobart within a week, then to Chullora and now is nowhere. Last update was it processed through Chullora on Friday.

I contact AP today and they won't tell me anything, saying the sender has been advised of the outcome of thier investigation and to contact them.

Oh well I don't really want to change the oil in my vehicles.

I had something shipped from Lake Cargelligo on Monday and it made it to Sunshine West on Tuesday. Supposedly for delivery today so we wait! From rural NSW i think this is exceptional (y)

My parcel which was posted 24 July in Sydney has come to Hobart within a week, ...
The seller sent me the email from AusFarce, it says, "nope we have no idea and since you didn't take out insurance sucked in."

I called the local DC and asked if they knew anything. They didn't but were nice about it. 2 hours later I got a call from the DC to say the parcel had arrived.

Needless to say, I organised for it to be collected from them without it moving anywhere and now have my box of oil filters.

To give credit where its due - I posted a parcel to @Pbgoose from my local PO last Friday in Sydney. He had it in Dubbo on Monday. Not bad going for a non-express post parcel pack.:)

Yeah, as I said to Snooze, I almost gave it back to them and said try again. It just wasn't up to their normal standard, it even went through Chullora.:)

Simples - the exception that proves the rule! ;)
