hi all, been thinking of getting one and one only brush holder/stand so I can hang wet brushes upside down. currently they just sit upright next to the sink after being squeezed by hand and maybe painted in a figure eight on a towel before being left to dry.

anyone got any suggestions on a 'one-size-fits-all' solution. I don't really want a chrome wire style stand and it doesn't have to look amazing as it will probably sit in the cupboard in a lather bowl. there's a few options on ebay - Omega have one that I'm attracted to. happy to hear your thoughts and recommendations.

Buy a five or seven day set of brushes. They can sit on their base and will be well and truly dry by next use

Thinking this might be my next wood project, a daily storage stand for a brush and razor. Now just to come up with a design
there are a few good ideas on ebay for wooden stands

there are other examples on the 'bay showing straight razors instead of DE's using the same design

I purchased a couple of 3 x brush/razor stands from The Stray Whisker which do a great job.

I have that Omega stand; works for me!
so I went ahead and bought this from ebay, quite inexpensive and from an Aussie supplier $22.95 including postage and a cheapie boar and cream to go with it

in the meantime... lastnigh I had a little play with some chopsticks and rubberbands and came up with this, it worked a treat. first use of my Timeless shave bowl lol
