Alpha Shaving, Outlaw V2, Titanium, Synthetic
Hone Type 15 + Astra SP
MdC Fougere

I hadn't used this razor for ages as I had been finding it too mild. However, It easily took down the weekend beard in two passes, with zero irritation and a seriusly good result. It is a heavy razor, but boy oh boy, that was a great shave.

First shave with this lot and very happy camper

Pre-shave: Hot Shower
Brush: Yaqi - Ivory 30mm boss knot.
Soap/Cream: Mammoth Soaps - Almond Leather
Razor: Homelike Shaving - Colibri
Blade: Astra Superior Platinum (7)
Post-shave: Imperial Leather AS / Ted Baker - Moisturiser Soin Hydratant

2 pass WTG = DFS+. A very nice daily shave. Better than the last. Change of blades probably helped.

The Soap, Mammoth Soaps - Almond Leather. Scent strength medium off the puck, and medium once lathered. Scent notes, Leather, almond, orange blossom, frankincense.

A light marzipan almond accord without the noticeable cherry note, and a prominent leather note with a hint of frankincense. A little freshness and sweet scent from the orange blossom once lathering occurs. Very nice soap. Like a supercharged version of Cella. The soap base was excellent, truely a joy to lather. Hopefully now that Chicago Grooming ( Oleo Soap works ) is producing the soaps to the Mammoth formula, these soaps won't be so scarce as before. (y)

Water: Natural dihydrogen monoxide from sky above Great Western Tiers
Pre-shave: Hot water, see above + Pears soap
Brush: Yaqi Rainbow Pony
Soap/Cream: TOBS Jermyn St
Razor: Mühle R95 Birch-bark Rocca
Blade: Gillette Yellow
Post-shave: Shower, La Roche-Posay Hyalu B5 and Anthelios SPF50+

All through this shave I was thinking how this razor is as mild as the 34C, yet so much more efficient (and without the blood). Ironic that it came from a member here who felt it might be too much by comparison with his 34C. Well, in a few days he'll be able to buy it back when I go entirely SE and put this up on the BST. The TOBS is an outlier in my den, on @Monsta_AU's recommendation.

Brush: Rudy Vey Shavemac Silvertip Badger
Soap: Cold River Soap Works Glide Winter
Razor: Blackland Blackbird
Blade: Vintage NOS Gillette Spoiler (4)
Post: Thayers Cucumber Witch Hazel; Bootleggers D.R. Harris Pink Aftershave Splash
Scent:Tauer L'air Du Desert Marocain Intense

Very good soap. It somewhat reminded me of B&M Terror, with both soaps having a sense of winter and cold.
However, whilst Terror has a sinister edge to its scent, as per Will's design on this scent, and also has a decent chill effect. The CRSW Winter soap, whilst refreshing, has no cooling agents, and I find the scent welcoming.
