Pathfinder = North American Release
Pro Trek= Rest of world

The SKX007 is the go to watch for modding to get the look your after, there are plenty of aftermarket parts and whole communities dedicated to modding it so it's really easy to get the watch looking the way you want.

Have a look at the link below about modding if you were interested in going down that path, it's not hard or something that you couldn't do yourself fairly easily.

I thought from memory they were around the usd$4-500 range. Sounds like I was off a bit?

I just remember these as being watches I was looking at a while back

I have a Seiko 5 Sports Automatic for nearly 5 years now and still going, this model is still available on the market.
