Great shave today.
1 pass with my Fatip Piccolo & Feather blade.
2nd pass with stainless Karve, #F plate & Nacet blade.
Soap was 'The Gentleman's Quarter' Bay Rum (yes...I do like that soap).
Smooth comfy shave, I look good, I smell great!
Now...I'm off to town! Yes, I really am...I have a deep tissue massage appointment (my 4th one). The guy is tough and is really ripping into my seized up neck muscles. Hurts like hell for a while but getting some movement back.
Anyway, have a great day guys.

Brush: TF Customs Chameleon Malle Burl & Holographic 30mm Rhodium Silvertip
Razor: Rocca V4 R95
Blade: Bic Chrome (1)
Soap: Wholly Kow La Fougere Parfaite
Pre: Shower
Bowl: Rover bowl
Post: Brut A/S splash
WTG, ATG, Touchups = DFS+

First use of the Bic and found it wasn't as smooth as my favourites but not as harsh as the Nacet/Astra Blue???
Overall a near BBS with no irritation but not as close in my trouble spots...
Love me some Brut and the brush+soap+bowl = luxurious lather. :)
Stay Safe & Happy Shaves!

hey mate, I had the same experience found them to be an in between blade, was sharp but not the smoothest yet not a bad shave either.

Pre: Shower
Razor: Rocca R94
Blade: Wizamet
Brush: Yaqi 26mm Pony
Soap: MdC Rose
Post: Chypre Rose Concerto Splash

Now that was a smooth shave, super smooth with a wizamet. Also finally figured out how to get absolute BBS around the adam’s apple, for me I need to also add a diagonal down stroke towards the apple and that finishes it all off but it is at the expense of a slight weeper or two. Need to work on it now to avoid a little blood going forwards.

Beautiful day in Adelaide, bit Rosy is you ask me 😊

Mystic Water - Jeff's Lavender
Alpha Shaving, Outlaw, V2
Charcoal Goods, Level 2, closed comb, Stinger + Astra SP
Stirling, Bergamot lavender balm

Thanks to @Gargravarr for the sample of this soap. Initital impression is a thumb's up. I didn't quite nail the lather this morning, but that is to be expected on a first use. The scent is fantastic, if you like lanvender. I think that the B&M reserve lavender is still my fav, but I am impressed with this offering. The Charcoal Goods was awesome, as always.

Yeah very usuable/mid range but hoping the Bic smoothes out with further shaves...?

IMHO the BIC is sharper and smoother than a Feather after the first use of each. It also has much better longevity. It is my favourite blade. WK La Fougere Parfaite is my also my favourite 'Brut' scent, both for the scent and the nostalgia.

I share your observations and find the Bic more comfortable than the Feathers and to some extent Nacets.
I enjoy fougere scents and love how much this soap reminds me of Brut as opposed to some others in my collection that are quite earthy/grassy.
I've yet to try the Siero base but find the earlier base a good performer.

Pre: Hot water
Razor: Mühle Birch-Bark Rocca
Blade: Nacet (1)
Brush: Yaqi Rainbow Pony
Soap: WK Chypre Rose Concerto
Post: Shower,

Back with the Rocca again today, and a surprisingly subdued shave from the Nacet. But I guess I can't argue with the result, an easy BBS. The bottom of the tub is just beginning to peek shyly through a tiny hole in the bottom of the soap: the beginning of the end...
