Hi P&C just want to pay credit where it's due and recognise Bill from Murphy & McNeil for his excellent customer service
This brush caught my eye from the minute I saw it and in the end BAD got the better of me and I purchased using a US mail forwarding company
9 weeks later I finally used it and shedding like a molting dog losing its winter coat, aptly nicknamed the "shedding dog"
I noticed M&M have a customer satisfaction policy and emailed Bill hoping to get a discount or replacement knot
Even though it was a commission sale Bill refunded the whole purchase price which I will reinvest in more used shaving gear from M&M used marketplace

I might be mistaken, but I believe he doesn't normally sell knots separately in any case.

This is true - the demand and the number of handles I have here rarely ever leaves any loose knots laying around. That's only one of the reasons I don't sell knots though (and probably the least important one...)
