It is an 'Anglo-American' Aristocrat -

This latest one on eBay is about one of half a dozen known to exist.
 
That's the way I see anyone who buys any of the modern razors. And of course bragging rights for having the latest stainless or titanium doo dad, when a ten dollar Tech will shave just as well.
You don't need any more vintage razors, you'll only need more urinate sticks and a cheap bottle of cat piss aftershave.

There are one or two I would like to have but the collectors have driven the prices up beyond what they are worth IMO.

I have a nice gold traveller set which I paid pretty decent money for about 10 years ago. Wonder what that is worth now?
