Online tea store recommendations

I know it says off-licence, and that suggests alcoholic beverages, but Dan Murphy's sells both loose leaf & tea bags so that's close enough for me.

Does anyone buy loose leaf tea from a specialty store that they would recommend - as in something a step up from T2?

I want to get a nice tea for Wifebert, and try some specialty varieties myself that are hopefully a good step above what you get in the local stores

May not be for Wifebert but I get a few of these bags of sample Chinese tea and really enjoy the variety

I'd recommend without a doubt lespalaisdesthes, but they are based in France, don't know how expensive would shipping be to Oz.

Their tea is excellent though, fabulous stuff.

My wife gets her teas sent up from The Art of Tea in Hobart. She also likes a few of the offerings that Coffee Snobs supply. HTH...

My wife enjoys Dragon Tears and Buddha's Tears. Not much of a tea drinker myself, but those teas make a good show, and a fine gift for those who are.

@Holiday I hadn't even considered AliExpress for tea even though I have ordered loads from them over the years.
