This is a remake of Puck No:2 which I often travel with and is still a favourite. This is largely an Olive oil and Tallow soap but I'm also playing around with clays. This batch has Mediterranean Red Clay (giving the soap it's colour) and Bentonite. Lathers easily taking plenty of water but is not the yoghurty cream of my later soaps, being noticeably foamier. It settles nicely on the face (not light and foamy) and feels more substantial so I'm hoping it shaves well. Puck No:2 improved noticeably with age so I'm going to give this a longer cure time which I think the scent will also benefit from as at the moment it's dominated by the Sweet Orange and doesn't smell like Puck No:2 at all.
Ingredients: Stearic, Olive Oil, Tallow (Beef), Hemp Oil, Castor Oil, Shea Butter, Lanolin, Jojoba Oil, Glycerine, Calendula, Filtered Water (RO), KOH, NaOH, Bentonite, Mediterranean Red Clay, Essential Oils.
Essential Oils: Sandalwood, Clary Sage, Sweet Orange.
