Lather: APR
Post-Shave: Alum, Thayers Original Alcohol Free Witch Hazel, South Australian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil​

A very relaxing Friday evening shave with some beautiful APR lather - ready for the weekend.

Pre-shave: Shower
Brush: Yaqi 24mm Tuxedo
Soap/Cream: Squadron- Dispatch Rider
Razor: Rockwell 6C, Ikon Bamboo Handle (3)
Blade: Astra SP (5)
Post-shave: Cold water splash, TSW After Balm

Went without the glycerin today worked the soap a bit more and had a comparable shave, so I will keep trying to evolve.

 
Pre: Hot towel, Pre shave oil (Nico's home brew)
Razor: Gillette Slim H 1 1962 (5)
Blade: Astra Superior Platinum Double Edge
Bowl: Handmade bowl, Mk2
Brush: RazoRock Silvertip Synthetic
Soap: Squadron Red Lead
Post: Old Spice
Wonderful old school shave with a classic scent. Two passes and a touch up for a +DFS.

She: beaut, bring them in. Ah you are grouse. You'll get a nice cuddle later on my sexy meat griller.
Me: can I still keep the apron on?

The sausage is up for sale. My left forearm is forever tainted, it’s been 35hrs now and it’s still there. Normal showering doesn’t work. I’m going to shave the hairs off next and after that the arm may have to come off.
There’s a German saying that I forget, it means something like ‘There’s no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing’. Who needs sun anyway with all those ladies walking about wearing next to nothing distracting me...
Glad you’re liking them, with the exception of Alexandria, they are probably my oud-less favourites.

Used one of the meet up samples I grabbed. Project leather makes a great lather but the scent is a bit meh for me. Tiny bit of irritation from the soap to boot. Not enough to stop me from finishing the sample off tomorrow but enough to make it not a purchase option.

The L'Oreal balm is great. Thicker than Nivea balm but not as greasy and the same price. Big fan.

Nice scent on the warden. Still a couple of shaves left on the sample.

If you're a fan of synthetic brushes, I'd highly recommend the flat top.

Generally, Yaqi is far better than ds cosmetic but the flat top is just so unique in face feel and lather generation that it's an altogether different experience!
