First use of an OC razor, not sure what model it is but the Fatip is below... the OC went through 4 days growth like butter, i was surprised with the efficiency.. but wasnt very comfortable with the 3rd pass with no hair so reached for the rockwell to finish off. Excellent BBS with no irritation. Prob should of tried finishing with the fatip but chickened out.

This is what happens when I go to the supermarket alone since Mrs @tim33z is in NZ...

For $6 (half price at Woolies) it’s really good. You shake it to combine the 2 parts and then it sparkles!! At first, it feels oily but a few minutes later it’s dried and soaked in and feels fantastic! Not much scent, making it ideal to add any fragrance one desires.

I read or seen somewhere that it’s basically a combo of an aftershave splash with the properties of a balm. Big tick from me

This set up was pretty much all that I used for many years, and I was reminded this morning of why. I was able to get a DFS after just one pass. Don't get me wrong, I love the high end stuff too and have 'invested' many a dollar on artisan goods, about which I have no regrets. But, at the end of the day, sharp piece of steel meets hair + lubricant = removal of whiskers.

This thing is just wonderful! The Karve is slightly smoother but I actually like the angle better on the Marvel.

The boar is going great! I'll switch to the omega boar soon and use that for a few shaves.

Bruce, I do occasionally enjoy a DE shave although I don't always take a photo of my DE shaves, the Pils is my favourite DE razor once you hold it in your hands I challenge anyone not to be seduced by its aesthetic beauty, I also like a SE shave from time to time, shaving variety the spice of life.

another awesome shave.. took my time a bit more today and concentrated on angle.. reflected back on my pre DE shave days and still amazed i like shaving so much it pretty much is the highlight of my working day
