Brush: TF Custom Clear, Black & Yellow 26mm Badger
Razor: Parker Variant (2, 1)
Blade: Gillette Nacet (3)
Soap: Catties Bubbles Irish Coffee
Pre: Shower
Post: Mr Royal cologne // Stirling Soap Co. Unscented balm

Continuing my experiment with stretching my shaves and decided to use some neglected gear, as well as my latest brush. So far so good!

First impressions of the brush are that it feels great in the hand, the medallion adds some weight and the 2 band finest knot feels great on the face and retains the lather well. I left the design and colour scheme to @Tony Forsyth and he exceeded my expectations. (y)

The soap and adjustable were some of my earliest purchases and don't see too much use which is a shame as both perform well. The soap lathers nicely with good post shave feel and a sweet scent. The adjustable provides smooth shaves on the lower settings when paired with a sharper blade. Anything above #3 feels rough and plenty of blade feel/audible feedback.

Finished off with some hand me down cologne and balm for a satisfying SOTD... Happy shaves!

Brush: Yaqi Tuxedo Synthetic
Soap: Squadron Group Captain's Blend
Razor: Rockwell 6C Gunmetal (R1/2)
Blade: Feather (2)
Post: Alum block and moisturiser.

As I had a couple of day's growth, I thought I'd give the Feathers another go, the first time being any but inspiring. This time around I even knocked the 6C back to it's mildest plates R1/2 and unfortunately, I don't think Feather blades and my skin can play nicely together. It was a bad shave, just not a great shave - still it's 100x better than anything that you'd get from the conglomerate cartridge razors. WTG, XTGx2 and ATG resulting in a DFS--

WTG, ATG, touch ups with adjusted angles for my beard.
The WR2 1.05 gap head arrived today. Had to give a go.
Just as smooth and comfortable as the .95 gap head. The extra efficiency made shaving away the stubble on the tricky areas on my neck that much easier. Happy camper.

Pre: Hot shower then hot towel
Soap: Edwin Jagger - Cooling Menthol
Brush: Omega Puro Tasso best badger
Razor: Wade & Butcher Extra Hollow Ground 5/8
Post: Alum block
A/S: Phoenix - Autumn Factory

Refreshed the wade 5 laps on chrox then did 20 laps on the poly then 70 laps on the leather, but I ended up on the too sharp side and the shave wasn’t very comfortable. I think I will just revert to 50 laps on the leather and ten on the poly to see if I get my smoothness back, good to know I am getting and keeping it sharp though😀

YEah, I was travelling to north Tassie, and was going be taken a pic, so I say, why not to pretend, like others, to use La Toja as travelling soap?. So rather that use my normal set up, I make anew one, and blades were forgotten....

Realized a bit late, in closest mall no double edges around, but still I want to enjoy a shave. So I just fuck'ing lather on my face for 15 minutes... At some point I fell some itchy on my lips... well, I said to myself, that may be the sea salts that gave some problems to some people, I am just tasting them. Then, I went to the shower with more white bear than Santa, and the water hits, and my hands too. WTF? After the shower was finished, I watch myself on the mirror, and I say a well defined tan line and my sking substantially p[aler under my bear than out the bear region. Well done Fer
APR splashes never hit me, but it did on Friday, and badly.... and I not even pass a blade trough my face.

What a retarded spaniard!!.

So, I wait till monday, and then say, make it for tuesday, yo longer beard for my forthcoming review of los jabones de joserra

Pre: nothing:
razor: Timeless 0.95 oc scalloped

brush: Romera manchurian

Well, outstanding shave. This soap is if not the best, to the best I have ever had in performance. This scent is really nice too. More on the review :)

Still getting familiar with using Imgur. Let’s hope this attempt goes better than the last one.
