Hmmm, now what could this be for ...

Thiers Issard 7/8" Blonde Horn square point 'Bijou de France' picked up on the bay. Has done a small amount of work but still in pretty good condition.
Bevel under the scope looks like the previous owner knew what he was doing with a Jnat. Still plenty of life left in it for me and a whole lot cheaper than buying new.
Haven't tried a 7/8 previously but scales size seems noticeably bigger rather than the blade.

I’m very worried about your mental health issue, because, you might become a bloody Evil Butcher!

Very Nice! :)(y)

This was a pleasant surprise, forgot I had ordered it from Ali Express in a must try manchurian moment over 2 months ago.
A couple of styptic pencils and a Covid face mask thrown in for good measure

I always find it highly amusing that almost everyone wants to give us styptic pencils/bullets/matches with every order. Like we're constantly cutting ourselves to ribbons, and our bathrooms look like movie sets for Friday 13th. All for something we can get by the 2kg bag from Bunnings...

Thanks Maggards. Looking forward to trying the Milksteak and Kaizen bases. On initial smelling, I'm thinking that the Bay Rum might be put on the BST.
Give BM Bay Rum a chance before you put on the BST, because, when you started lathering the soap the Bay Rum will smell a bit different instead of smelling straight from a tub.

Had to collect my mail from the local PO today, as someone stole my mailbox!
This makes me feel a bit better though...

Haven't had this for a while, scent isn't as strong as I remembered. But I've been using a bit of Castle Forbes lately, so that might explain it...

Had both clearly marked garbage bins stolen earlier this week after garbage night. Makes you wonder.
I guess not even the most dedicated thief will take a full bin. :p Having said that, "my" thief even took the concrete base the mailbox was bolted to. My new one is going to be welded to a 6-inch diameter steel post planted 6 foot deep in 200kg concrete.

Not used to this. We're so isolated out here, crime is just not a problem.
