Wowzers that blade took a beating but unlike my attempt, the edges still look sharp and no signs of rust/gunk. Well done!!! (y)(y)(y)

You are very observant and correct, the edge is still in decent shape. If you zoom in a little you will notice at the very end of the blade there is a consistent even dark line. That line is the hone on the very edge of the grind, which is still fairly even. That blade with the indicated 3/4 marking side up is still unbelievably super smooth and decently sharp. Flipping the blade and using that side face up, the shave is noticeably less smooth and sharp to the point that it is not worth shaving with.

Is anyone trying these out/using these, finding they stain quicker than than average?

I don't doubt Minora's are a good sharp blade and probably top of the modern Gillette's but cannot see the comparison to vintage Gillette Super Stainless Steel blades unless there is a difference between the Red & White because I have the 1967 Aussie blades in first image with the crown.

The most obvious differences to me are:

1. The Minora's are sharp out of the box and more likely to bite whereas the Aussie Red & White are buttery smooth but still sharp
2. Regrowth is a lot quicker with Minora's. Noticeable regrowth by early afternoon consistent and not patchy but quicker than Aussie Red & White that can go 10+ Hrs

Is there any difference between Red & Whites? FWIW I could not find the blades in 2nd image on mr-razor. Guessing they are 1975?

Holiday, read your post re the above blades, I recently acquired 20 of the '67 M2 Aussie made with a #48 English Aristocrat (Aussie cream case) The razor packaging as good as Mr Razor's photo
Cheers

Beautiful pairing @LesC the Aussie Spoilers are still my favorite blade although I mostly reserve them for the vintage razors just because they are out of production. They have performed exceptionally well in all razors. If I do run out the Wizamets will suffice. (y) (y)

You’ve got plenty of straight razors in den, no need to worry about running out of DE blades anymore.

Just wanted to add my applause for this blade. I got a couple of packs thrown in with an order for some other stuff, and just wanting to clear out my blade stash a bit and thinking they weren't going to be any good I gave it a shot. And wow! What a shocker, using my 6S and #5 plate this was the best shave I've had so far, ever. Sharp yet smooth would be my summary of this blade, I would rate it around as sharp as a Feather blade but without the weepers and scrapes :). I was using Timor blades by Solingen for a little while because even though they are not the sharpest, they did last a while and didn't give me any damage when shaving. With the Minora SS I'm getting the best of both worlds. Not sure it can get much better TBH. Only on shave number 5 so far but is still performing like new.
