I have gone through a whole stack of stuff - product, in Salon vernacular - and have come to the conclusion that the only stuff worth using is American Crew Fibre.

It helps that one of my clients is the WA Disty for the product and I get a discount!

No greasiness, no residue, no crunchy hair.

Very faint coconut smell and that's it.

It is like a wax that you work in your hands and apply, it makes your hair go all white as it absorbs but then it returns to the natural hair colour, AND makes my greys disappear.

Bonus.

Psss... It's actually spelled 'Fiber'. ;)

But yes, +1. I love AC Fiber. I don't use product that often any more (just can't be arsed most mornings, haha) but when I do I go for my tub of Fiber.

What I like about it so much is that it's such a great hold, doesn't require a lot of product in a single use, and unlike most other paste products I've tried, actually washes out easily with warm water!

Ha I know someone would pick me up on the spelling.

Bah you spend a lifetime speaking and spelling English and kinda get used to RE instead of ER for yank words.

Washing out easily is definitely a plus.

I found hard muk to be the best and have been using that for the last 4+ years.

Very strong hold, totally matte finish and washes out very easily.
