Alerts and Emails and Tapatalk - Help!

Hi Folks.
I am sure there is a simple fix for this, but I am struggling at the moment.
I am happy with the receipt of alerts on both PC and iphone (Tapatalk).
What I want to stop is the alerts also being emailed to me. How?

Sorry but can;t help with Tapatalk. I actually uninstalled it less than 24 hours after trying it as I found it to be annoying.
