I have no idea about the ratio, but this brush is fantastic for face lathering and is a real keeper in my den...And sorry @58FB this Semogue Special Edition 2012 Badger/Boar is not for sale.

You can buy a Badger/Boar knot directly from Maggard Razors click here if you have a spare handle to re-knot

Knot Size: 26mm
Total Height from base of plug to tips: 70mm
70% 2-Band Badger Hair
30% Natural Boar hair

OR!!

Knot Size: 24mm
Total Height from base of plug to tips: 68mm
70% 2-Band Badger Hair
30% Natural Boar hair

Yeah I am looking possible to do that my son put me onto it like you from maggards exact same one your showing me. I did knot surgery a while back on a vie long handle.
