Brew Day!!!

If you have a keg that has fermented beer but not enough room in the fridge.
* Go on line and look for naturally carbonating beer in a keg
19 litres of average beer will need about 50 - 75 grams of sugar dissolved in warm water. Add that to your keg and then transfer the finished fermented beer. Purge the keg at about 30 psi a couple of times.
Find a spot where the temperature is about 20c [Ale] and after about 2 - 3 weeks it is carbonated.
Always check your keg isn't leaking.
I have removed 20mm off the bottom of my dip tubes as when the beer clears and carbonates there will be slightly more yeast at the bottom of the keg. It cost maybe 150 ml of beer but you get cleaner beer quicker.
