The cork is a new twist on things ;) :D

I like the black one although I find the head's baseplate a little concerning as it's completely devoid of any openings which would make it clog up in situations where a suer may have thick growth.
I hope it's just a prototype or perhaps even a conceptual rendering and the final product is slightly different.

I could be wrong about all of this but they look neat nonetheless.

Saw prices listed as rainforest (or whatever it is called) handle will be £94.50. the razor with a black handle will be £75.50. If all stainless, good prices.
 
Shaving ie is taking pre orders for 31 Jan release.
Prices for black €64 and bamboo €80 razor only plus postage.

I had both in hands last week in Vienna.

While I can't say, what material is used underneath the black rubber? or the brown cork? handles, I can only assume, it is SS.

The razor looked very nice, and besides the usual (very small) marks underneath the top cap, was very well made.

From the looks of it, I would have guessed, that the head is sintered, but again I cannot be certain.

All in all a great deal on a (IMO) fantastic head.
 
Are they on the market now in Eu?
I am only interested in the head,neither handle impresses me.
Good way to defray costs if some folk want the handle only,or head only.
