Really Woolworths really?
Yeah, I saw that at Woolworths too. As you said, it would be a desperation purchase only... I mean most of the big shaving suppliers will deliver a years supply of razors to your door for that price. I know Astra Greens aren't everyone's cup of tea, but you get my point.
Out of curiosity, has anyone tried these razors?
They’re were out of stock at my Woollies recently - so somebody must buy them.
I have tried Wilkinson Sword Gillette blades in my 6C and I really liked them. Not sure if these are similar
They're only $11.99 at priceline
There are many different kinds of Wilkinson Swords.
Just off the top of my head, they used to be made in England. Currently they are made in Germany and India.
In some countries, they are labelled as Gillette. But, only under licence.
I'm only scratching the surface of the history; it is quite interesting.
I find the German ones quite good in some of my more aggressive razors.
... Now that I've said that, I should try one in my Gillette OC New.
I have to say even if I had a rusty blade in my 6c it would still be the best Razor in the world
As I've said before, at this price, they leave vintage blades making sense.
The confusing English annoys me more then the price. "Per each" just does not sound right to me
Still better value than cartridges!
