Bernd very kindly replaced one that he sent with D01 2 band instead of D01 3 band. I sent it back but he was away and couldn't sign for it so it was returned to me. He let me keep it, offered me a discount on a new brush and replaced the Americana. One of the (many) reasons why I will always go Shavemac over any other brush.
The duplicate may get PIFed to my dad.

I agree he makes a top shelf brush with top shelf customer service. Hand tied knot to boot.
