Seems like a versatile unit. Bought it for my daughters hiking trip so I scored a couple of spare batteries as well. When I first googled these I didn't like the baton style head torch but it adds so much flexibility. Very compact and light so we'll give it a run and see if the performance is there.

Nice. Some don't like Olight and there are some lights that can "outperform" them, but the price of those are usually higher.Olight always do what the company says they will do and in my experience they are tough, great performers, heat regulation pretty good and battery life is excellent.

Yeah, we were mucking around with it last night and performance seems very good. Time will tell if the battery life is good enough for what we want but so far very pleased.

Yes and no, we had a scare at the 20 week scan.
They found a focus inside babies heart and scheduled another scan which we had last week and thankfully it has completely resolved and baby is perfect.
Other than that been busy with fixing stuff round the house and just getting the house in order :)

Mate, that's babies in a nutshell. You'll be terrified from the initial news until their first birthday. I guarantee this isn't even the biggest scare you'll have.
And don't me started on the lack of sleep and grey hairs.
    :D

That being said, I'm super-glad it was a false alarm. (y)

That kind of birds travel regularly along summer form their colonies at bass strait to the antartic shelf for foraging while raising their chicks. Soon will be moving to their winter quarters, that are at the bering strait and Alaska waters. Impressive birds!
