That is an eye watering shipping cost. I have always wondered why US sellers hated shipping outside the US, then I tried to ship stuff home while on holiday...

I suspect that eBay's report button is connected to the void.
Twice I've reported a seller who copy-pasted the whole text of one of my listings.
Ebay did nothing, the guy kept using my text for months and I ended up writing a new text.
