Virtual Shaving - your chance to practice your technique (and aviation related stuff)

There are actually two - I tried them both.

Despite having lots of other 'hair and beauty' type items (including Colgate toothpaste from India - wonder what the difference is?) none had shaving stuff.

I asked too -

Q: Do you have any shaving creams?
A: You need to go to Coles
Parallel imports = less restrictions = carcinogenic chemicals and waste products ?

I tried most of Auburn last weekend and most had Gillette gels, a few knew what I was talking about and are seeking it as a regular item from their distributor, considering Godrej is a large company in the Indian region.
I reminded them not to be greedy upon price considering Max Retail Price (as advertised upon the packaging) is Rs14.00 (Aud$0.26).
I suggested something in between the gold coins range and they would find the demand once they're known, would pressure their supply ability.

Thanks for trying mate. Yep that's Canberra though isn't it…with all the flavours of Neapolitan, we just got tubs with middle strip of vanilla!!!
Same with L'Occitane, no Plisson Synthetic. No bloody anything here…..except porn and fir….that's right not even fireworks anymore! OK porn and bongs!
Otherwise….thank you, please come again!

Don't you have the cream of Australia's political power? And flowers?

Quite a few shops in Auburn stocked Astras (green) and you could even buy a whole box. But they often asked for over $30 for a box of 100.

BTW nice work @borked... Can't wait for the application of your proposed business model.

Yes we have flowers - Floriade is open now!

Well I've finally tracked some of this "Indian Proraso" down... Struck gold on the third Indian grocer along Wigram Rd in Sydney's Little India.

I've got 4 tubes of Godrej shaving cream to give away. 2 lime and 2 cooling menthol - just in time for the warmer weather!

I think @borked and @stillshunter were keen to try. I'm happy to throw all four tubes in the Travelling Box since both lads are downstream. Before I do, did anyone else want to try some and I'll split it further?

Funnily enough, both are what I'd desire to try from their range.
If only they combined lime w/ menthol...

Well you could!

Yeah, I'm looking at purchasing menthol crystals, just trying to find some that are food grade and not a bazillion dollars a gram!
