Mail call from The Stray Whisker...really well packed, thanks @shavetheman. The Rapira blades were the token item required to get me over the free-postage line ;)

I would imagine that your office smells great some mornings with your awesome purchases @todras ;)

The best the office has ever smelled was when the first Chatillon Lux samples arrived and once had broken in the post pack, the smell permeated the office for around 3 days it was so strong :)

Not shave related but ...

I acquired this view for one night in February next year. My first NBA game -

Washington Wizards vs. Cleveland Cavaliers
Verizon Center, Washington, DC

Looking for only one seat gave some interesting options. This was the last venue seat in this area. The others in this section were all 'resale' tickets at double the price +. The seat next to mine is listed for resale at over $US3k - surely they cannot be realistically expecting that when the original ticket price was $US195?

Not a Wizards fan, the Cavs will be good to see, hope it is a competitive game. Can't wait!

Fairly large and very expensive box from Heirloom Australia containing a litre of Perfumers alcohol, glycerine, witch hazel, disbursal agents, pipettes, bottles, etc,etc and a dozen bloody expensive essential oils including a real Sandalwood (25ml $118) and a Vetiver for my "Private Reserve: PC" and "Private Reserve: GL" splash project. I also have some ambergris on the way which was stupidly expensive. Anyway I have two different scent combinations I plan on making. One a vetiver based on a famous Creed Vetiver from the early 1900's that was discontinued and an interpretation of a White Tea, Ginger, Geranium splash that will have some (hopefully) very interesting accords.

It's been a project a long time in the making, I thought stuff it take the plunge, spend the large outlay and see what happens. No plans to sell anything, but I do plan to share if everything goes to plan.

Todras, at least it appears to be intact. Good luck with your project.

Good on you!
Funny stuff that Sandalwood EO. The stuff grows wild in western Qld, I can't understand why it is so expensive. I can only guess extracting it is difficult or a lengthy process.
