Oh nice, was looking for a good shampoo bar. The DR Harris shampoo bar was very expensive and it didn't lasted long. Thanks for sharing.

@silver welcome to the GSB fan club these are my top favorite blades and also PSI you'll love both (y);)

@Mark1966 I'm trying to figure this out why shampoo bars do they last a lot longer than shampoo in a plastic bottle? sorry if this is a dumb question just asking :unsure:o_O

I'm still trying to figure this out too - in the early exploratory stage and haven't tried them BUT ...

There are a few suggestions around that they are actually better for your hair and scalp and don't contain a whole lot of nasties in commercial shampoo and conditioner.

See these couple of site I jsut Googled for instance -

More info from the Beauty and the Bees site itself - http://www.beebeauty.com.au/info-hair-care/

The packing looks a lot like Boddingtons beer from the UK
It does - thought I recognised it but the "From Tasmania" part had me stumped. So obvious now you point it out.

I thought it had a familiar look about it too - now I know why thanks to @Steve_M !

As I'm teaching HG2G in term three I thought I'd best get the soap. I'm sure I can claim it as essential to my course.

Is it merely a towel that is necessary OR should a decent shave soap be included? Discuss.

What does the 42 smell like? Petunias, I don't really know what that is supposed to smell like.
So tempted to get the cosmo. Must resist....

I shall resist the temptation to the dark side. You shall not break me! (as I am secretly awaiting for the arrival of the black dolomiti to the stray whiskers)
There is a new SV on its way?! Oh man.... My wallet can only take so much abuse & I only have so much body surface to use soap on! Haha

It's the same Dolomiti right now, just with black silt added. So the puck is pitch black. You can see it on the official SV site. Currently they are only selling it through their online store. But shipping just that puck that here is rather uneconomical. Unless.... A few pucks?

I recently acquired a horse brush. That brush is a soap eater because of its insane backbone. My suggestion is to grab a horse brush!
