Anyone watching "wide open road" on ABC?

I'm watching it now on iView.

4 part doc about history of the car in australia. Interesting to me because I'm a petrol head.
First part about the beginnings of the car with interesting stories.

Second part about post war, baby boomers and Jack Brabham

edit: Still watching part 2, it gets onto the japanese car arrivals, the monaro and the falcon GTHO, road crash fatalities, the beginning of bathurst, alan moffat coming here...

Shame there's no free way to save abc iview. So watch it before it goes I guess.

Have you tried VideoDownloader - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com ? Works for me on most of the BBC's iPlayer and the RTÉPlayer in Ireland (which are both built around the same engine fundamentally)
