I've bought from them a couple of times, without issue. Over a week ago, I emailed via their contact form asking a questions about samples and haven't heard back. Is that unusual?

I wanted to know if they'd open the samples before sending to me to check that the scents were still present, as my last order they were barely detectable. Is that an unreasonable request?
