Glenfiddich IPA Experiment

Gifted this beauty for Father's Day and upcoming birthday (15/9). Unfortunately, I do not plan to assess it until Hogmany!

Love my Glenfiddich, second choice is Glenmorangie and recently discovered The Balvenie which is rapidly dwindling in the bottle as my Italian other-half has developed a fondness for it! Unfortunately, her fondness doesn't lead to anything - we're both in our late 60s but I live in hope . She should stick to "Vino Collapso"!
