This morning's shave ended in a bloody disaster.
The razor was a Gold Dollar W53 teamed up with L'Occitane Cade Cream. It's not a bad razor and it's sharp enough, however, the edge isn't as smooth as it could be. Out of all the razors in my rotation, it always seems to be this one that gives me the most trouble - mainly nicks and cuts. Not sure why - maybe it's cursed.
This morning, it gave me a wee nick below my lip which hardly bled. But on the clean up pass, somehow, I caught the pad of my thumb on the heel of the blade and gave myself a cut which just bled and bled. It didn't stop for quite a while.
Why is it this razor that keeps doing this?
cheers
Andrew
