Long time shaver, first time poster

Awesome, definitely everything you need through this forum!

I was looking at getting a Simpson brush but it's a pretty big investment and I don't think the chubby series would fit in my brush stand!

I guess you have to get rid of the brush stand then ;)

You really don't need one anyway, brushes will dry if you stand them up, as long as you shake out excess water before - and this will give you even more space for new and cool gear :D

I live in Nth QLD and its regularly over 80% humidity. Badger brushes still dry just fine standing on their base even bigger ones such as my Duke 2. What I do though is lightly wipe the brush back and fourth on a towel after gently squeezing out the water. It really gets that last bit of water out and helps them dry fast.
