Hi members;
Some of you would have noticed an 'outage' for P&C today.
This was not the case. Our services remained up and accessible. The culprit was a DNSSEC outage on the .au domain namespace. This meant that all domains using additional DNS security measures were effectively taken offline at approx 3.30pm AEDT (0430hrs UTC) for a period of approx 2 hours. This affected a number of websites, not just P&C. If you cannot find the address of the server running the website, it will simply not load.
Most sites came up at approx 5.30pm AEDT (0630hrs UTC), however this depends on your upstream DNS server or ISP-provided DNS service.
