Problem sending PM's

I can't seem to send private messages for some reason.
I tried replying to a conversation I was having with Juggers, but it appeared to time out when I clicked on post, so I tried sending him a new message with the same result.
Have also tried sending messages to a couple of other users with the same error.
Anyone else having this problem or just me?
Using Windows 7 via the website.

Been experiencing it for a few hours now.
Have tried refreshing the page, reloading the site and even rebooting the computer.
