It's a Bengall by TR Cadmans & sons. Probably a 5/8 by the look with composite scales.

One of the most common razors in Australia - but good shavers restored and honed professionally.

There looks to be quite a bit of hone wear on the spine.

I got one from a antiques shop mid year for $20. Some clowns on ebay want a lot more.

It would be a good project to restore if you were interested. It would never pay to work on it to sell though.

Surprising what a little conversation prompt can unveil.

You got the low-down from @Nonick .

But mate if it's an inheritance, then have it honed and enjoy. My only concern would be the rust and hone-wear on the toe. I wonder how much good metal is left there.
But, again, I'd suggest send it to @Mark if you want a pro to do it. Or if you're game, try one of the amateurs on here who might offer to do it for free. I'd give it a go for you - but ZERO guarantees mate - and there's likely others closer to you mate.

But Mark "The Scallywag Honemeister" does an excellent job!
