They're right. The brush should not have fallen apart in that short of a time. I'd email the seller and the company and ask Them how to correct it(along with your address). If they are concerned about you as a customer they'll send you a new one.

They were shipped from Vintage scent on the 13/8 - I think last time it took about 2 weeks to get here. So another week away.
