For August I will be using an ARKO soap exclusively for my shaves.
Sounds like a plan.@Mark1966 can I ban everyone who partakes in this blasphemy

I’ll think about it @Mark1966 only when the bloody lockdown is over, otherwise, NO!!Anybody need one? @SpeedyPC will supply for free
FTFYMight see if I can find my Arko stir crazy lockdown w king stick ...
LOL I thought that scent had a half-life of 2,000 years...ARKO has a use-by date. Check before you start using it. If beyond the expiry date, you may find that the soap has started to loose its wonderfully memorable scent.
I find that in shave quality, arko is just a little better. Both are about equal in lathering ability. I was told by one of my girlfriends that scent of Tabac reminds her of the smell of her grandmother's facial powder. That could be why some say that Tabac reminds them of their grandmother's purse.how does arko compare with tabac? i love tabac

Wet it and rub into your stubble. Suggest trying a Speick stick as well. Great performance and scent. Can i ask, never having used a stick soap how do you lather them up?
Face lather or rub it into a bowl or something or maybe cut shavings into a bowl?
Im curious about the tabac sticks.
