Seeing that lovely jarrah is a nice reminder of when I lived in WA. Pity they used to overuse the stuff for all sorts of things they didn't need to. I had an old workman's cottage (built c1890) in the middle of Perth for 20 years that was built on a jarrah frame, but all the internal walls were baltic pine. The white ants had a bit of a feed on the jarrah, but left the pine alone. Go figure.From @TroyTools a "'Trubby 2.5" (based on the size difference between a Simpson Chubby 2 & 3). The brush is in Curly Jarrah hardwood with highly polished CA finish set with a 2 Band Badger knot ex T Forsyth.
