I am pretty sure that if I said you had to make soap for me, but sorry you don't get any wage or salary out of it - I will only pay for the input costs - then I suspect that you would be pretty unhappy with it unless you can survive on air. And if you haven't noticed - and I am sure you have - most of the imported ingredients have gone up in price recently because our dollar has gone down. A dollar ain't a dollar anymore....

I agree with that opinion. But again, they aren't going to make it for you at a loss. And with customers like yourself, why the hell would they ever start in business anyway?

Having tried to start an online business (non-shaving related) previously, and simply not having the time and capital to put into it, it ended up folding about 2 years in. And let me tell you, if you cannot spin a profit then you cannot invest in the business, nor can you make it pay it's own way. There has to be an incentive to actually do it, or it is not worth doing. Businesses are exactly that, not a charity.

Artisan vs commercial are 2 different animals, plus they're not comparable IMO, so keep buying as much TOBS as you want for all we care.

I can get lots of awesome soaps for as little as US$5 and even free ones with sales over a set amount (US $40-$60) with several free samples

Why don't you show us those $5 soaps? If the quality is half as good as @Anthonys I'll drop $100US immediately

Don't blame the vendor, the site is purely set up with and linked with AUSPOST with 100% accuracy

I happen to know you can make 100g of soap for around $1.00-1.50

You can make 100g of soap for 50 cents if you buy a few kilos of ready melt and pour. The plastic tubs cost about $1.60 each, add that with organic grade saponafied stearic acid and high grade palm oil with top quality essential oils it works out to be a lot higher. We know our soaps more than you think, do proper research before making that BS statement.

Everything that you have said is considered plain bullshit and I've just proven you wrong so will everyone else here. As far as I'm concerened you have been warned in other forums for trolling and you've already been banned from the Aussie Enablers FB group for joining for the plain purpose of having a go with the pass around box. This just proves how much of a tight ass you are sitting in your corner counting change. I know you are on other forums. You've escalated this from a opinion to a vendor bashing and trolling matter. I'm kind of glad that you posted this so I could show the other admins and make sure you get torched from those groups and never to return, perhaps I'm doing you a favour, now do yourself a favour too. I answered every query from Aussie Enablers FB group honestly and never got one back & yes was deleted for it. Not my loss, i would have put more into the pass around than ever used but bygones. Seems the old melb clique is alive and well. (funny thing was i was born and grew in Warburton). So opinions only go one way, hey like i said to Aussie Enablers, your pond your rules (last thing i said before i was delted). So fine, delte me here too, i cant find the delete thing myself. My post never singled out any artisan, i stated my reasons for not buying and i expected people to dissagree. But remove my post, screw you. 1. do you have a functioning sense of smell?
2. if so, do you appreciate the smell of half exhausted urinal pucks?
3. if so, do you (or have you lived) in WA?

If so, it all makes sense.

We need to design a flow diagram that clearly demonstrates how someone ends up at the desperate place in their life where they can "enjoy" arko
...or can "live" in WA.

Couldn't be bothered dragging my chunky SLR around. So wanted something pocket sized, but one with similar image quality to my SLR. This should fit the bill.

No to all 3. I don't get urinal cake from the smell. Don't get me wrong, it's not my number one fragrance of choice BUT I find the performance of the soap to be really, really good. Also, I've never even been to WA, lol!

On topic, I got a whipped dog 24mm synthetic this month, so that's cool. It's a really nice brush and I'm really enjoying using it.
