That is fair enough..... had you left it there.they can charge whatever they want as its their product. Im just not buying at $20 pure and simple.
And that is where you became a dick. And the golden rule here is DON'T BE A DICK.So guys $20+P&H he can shove it, ill wait for some AU competition like they have overseas here IMO. I dont know, care or like anyone enough to pay too much, ever.
I am pretty sure that if I said you had to make soap for me, but sorry you don't get any wage or salary out of it - I will only pay for the input costs - then I suspect that you would be pretty unhappy with it unless you can survive on air. And if you haven't noticed - and I am sure you have - most of the imported ingredients have gone up in price recently because our dollar has gone down. A dollar ain't a dollar anymore....Ive no bad blood against them, they can sell for whatever they want and they did reply to my question with the usual BS about cost structure here.
I agree with that opinion. But again, they aren't going to make it for you at a loss. And with customers like yourself, why the hell would they ever start in business anyway?so the haters can hate my OPINION all they want. We need more artisans making soaps, brushes and razors here in AU.
Artisan vs commercial are 2 different animals, plus they're not comparable IMO, so keep buying as much TOBS as you want for all we care.I have 4 TOOB's comming from the UK with a 20% landed for $60
Why don't you show us those $5 soaps? If the quality is half as good as @Anthonys I'll drop $100US immediatelyI can get lots of awesome soaps for as little as US$5 and even free ones with sales over a set amount (US $40-$60) with several free samples
Don't blame the vendor, the site is purely set up with and linked with AUSPOST with 100% accuracySo guys $20+P&H he can shove it
You can make 100g of soap for 50 cents if you buy a few kilos of ready melt and pour. The plastic tubs cost about $1.60 each, add that with organic grade saponafied stearic acid and high grade palm oil with top quality essential oils it works out to be a lot higher. We know our soaps more than you think, do proper research before making that BS statement.I happen to know you can make 100g of soap for around $1.00-1.50

Man, I actually really like arko, hey.if only he'd stuck to bashing Arko like the rest of us.
It deserves it.
Otherwise, be reasonable.
Firstly contrary to other (thoroughly incorrect) opinions, it is written "arko".Man, I actually really like arko, hey.
Firstly contrary to other (thoroughly incorrect) opinions, it is written ARKO!!!!!.
So I can apply some reason to your this weird statement:
1. do you have a functioning sense of smell?
2. if so, do you appreciate the smell of half exhausted urinal pucks?
3. if so, do you (or have you lived) in WA?
If so, it all makes sense.
We need to design a flow diagram that clearly demonstrates how someone ends up at the desperate place in their life where they can "enjoy" arko
...or can "live" in WA.
P.S., If you guys are that keen you should organise a visit to the factory in Turkey. Here's a promotional image from the production line in their scent department:
Fixed that for you @stillshunter - I knew it wasn't a deliberate error

This, for my upcoming Europe trip.
Couldn't be bothered dragging my chunky SLR around. So wanted something pocket sized, but one with similar image quality to my SLR. This should fit the bill.
