Hi, newbie from Sydney

Hello and welcome Hairy. I apologise for the flock of seagulls that descend upon every new member here. They're not like normal ones that'll pick the chips out of your hands but are encouraging you to buy lots of chips so they can either swoop down at a later date or to make you feel as burdened as they are needing a wheelbarrow to get around. It's a sad spectacle.

Hi @HairyScottishBloke and a belated welcome. I am sure you will enjoy your time here. Great starter kit you have. If you hang around here for a while you will end up with enough shaving kit to last you 3 lifetimes assuming you shave 3 times a day ;)
 
Welcome mate.

I've also got a course beard and sensitive skin. You'll never look back.

What I've found works best for me is a mild razor with a sharp blade.
