You people that dont drink wine reminds me of people that does not like anchovies... It is easy, they never have had a good one and so dislike
I have seen sometimes places online that you can get good ones in Aussie on my searches (some offer truly top brands from the Canberra's center of anchovies production, and I know these brands), I'll give you some info in the near future, but let me tell you something, most of what I get in local stores, even in expensive, delis, is not good because it is not stored properly, not because of lack of quality. I see here and there anchovies stored for sale next to tins of canned fish, and anchovies have to be stored in cold. And as opposite of many tinned fish, anchovies, as soon as are de-salted and oiled, they stop improving and start to go bad... so having them in a random shelve on a supermarket does not help at all.

Sorry I didn’t explain properly I do drink a little wine but not too much, only really with some food here or there. If I drink wine for a buzz it puts me to sleep.
A couple of years back I had a crack at making wine with a half ton of Shiraz grapes from the Clare Valley that I hand picked. The wine turned out excellent but I still prefer a beer or spirit
as for anchovies I love them, so very much looking forward to your recommendations on them

So the good stuff all goes "straight to the poolroom"?so I got the ok to work from home for a while longer, which resulted in the missus kicking me of the kitchen table... it was time to setup a desk in my new 'office'
While setting it up over the weekend I got the idea to also setup my shave den here. Now i can sniff all the scents throughout the day to my hearts content
Not sure if this setup will work in summer in regards to heat and soaps/splash, so when it hits I will take all my stuff back in the house.
