Hi all

Many of you will know that I used to have a site where I had pics and posts about my collection, but it just fell off my radar.

Well I'm having another crack and have been playing with this site - www.vintageshaving.au

There is also an associated Facebook page and Instagram account.

Still early days, but I hope that I can keep it regularly updated with content and make it a worthwhile read.

Feedback, thoughts, suggestions all welcome too.

Obviously in no way a substitution for the fun here at Paste & Cut, but somewhere to hold my ramblings ...

I've got a little more content up on the website, the latest about the Eclipse Red Ring and the company behind it.

How to waste the best part of a day?

Update the theme on your website to use some customised fonts and colours - well at least TRY to and spend your day working out why the heck the theme options are not working as they are supposed to before you chuck it all in and restore your backup.

Wasting so much time - (n)

Having a backup - (y)

I've started a series on APR, https://vintageshaving.au/post-shave/apr-part-one/

My aim, at present, is to post new blogs weekly every Tuesday.

Nice work. (y) Although I share some reservations about the man, I enjoyed the article on APR, very informative. Well done.

Hey, can anybody remember the postal card I acquired back in July 2013?

I wrote up a story on it here on my site - https://vintageshaving.au/history/king-gillette_blade_recycling/ - with pics that work!

Well I've been doing some more thinking and digging around, and we might have discovered one of the earliest purchases of a Gillette safety razor. See what I mean here -
