The CF is the same one that I reclaimed from the BST a week or so ago. Some people on "that other forum" seem to get a bit sniffy about this soap. Maybe because it's badly named. It's really a croap, and best used as such: just load up liberally off the top of the puck same as you would for a much harder soap, then lather and hydrate as you go, and that way it stands comparison with any of the more "modern" soaps. The scent is fantastic, its only rival is Mystic Waters Jeff's Lavender. I'm currently out of that, but 3 more are on the way...

Some of you might have gathered by now that I am an unabashed lavender-head... :p

2 Pass WTG + touchups = DFS+. Another nice shave, the wizamets are a very nice blade in the 3one6.

Lovely shave this morning. Have had a headache for three days:sick: and I find The Blue Tansy very therapeutic and soothing. The Wunderbar combined with the Wizamet was wealy wonderful. :)
@Razor Burn , I'd be concerned how you're going to live without yours except you're very happy with your new razors.

Hard to argue @Pbgoose as I'm saddened to see the Wunderbar go as its by far the best slant I've yet to try but I needed to make some room for the recent additions. Its a well machined razor with good efficiency whilst still offering a smooth shave. :(

Love the photo and that brush is a real looker! :love:

Had a few days growth so decided I'd shave the dome & face. I let the Rocca have a rest and brought out the beastly R41 and barring the odd nick, the shave was super smooth and very close. I did have to take my time but the finishing result was extremely rewarding... Happy shaves!

Yeah I grabbed it after seeing a few repurposed bowls here. I just combed the listings for a week or two. This one had been passed in multiple times even at $12. It’s a great size, deep and the triskelion gives me something to lather against.
