Out in @Errol's neck of the woods at the Walkabout Lodge in Gove for a few days and here is the travel kit

Pre-shave:- Shower
Brush:- Muhle - STF Synthetic
Cream:- Coates - Superior Sandalwood
Razor:- Charcoal Goods - Cast OC Head on a Giesen Forsthoff SS Handle
Blade:- Personna Blue
Aftershave:- B&M Night Music Tonique
cool razor

Pre-shave: Hot Shower
Brush: Vintage butterscotch Simpson shaving brush
Soap/Cream: Vitos shaving cream
Razor: Vintage Gillette L1 'Slim' (5)
Blade: Polsilver "Brown" (5)
Post-shave: Pitalon "Swiss' splash
Fragrance: N/A

Not time travelling like @klinker - but still having a dam fine shave

Brush: PAA Atomic Rocket
Razor: Maggard V3A + MR1 handle
Blade: GSB (4)
Soap: PAA CaD
Pre: Shower
Post: Nivea 2 phase A/S Lotion + Sensitive Balm
WTG, ATG, Touchups = DFS

Mixing things up for the end of working week shave and very pleased as the combination works well.
The V3A head shaves smoothly and close enough without any bite & the vegan soap base is one of my overall favourites.
If only the artisan wasn't a weirdo but then again the make nice affordable gear and I'll have to try their new soap base eventually.

Time Travelling?
As Speedy would say, "Welcome to my world."

Pre-shave: Hot Shower
Brush: TF Customs - custom 24mm 2 band finest
Soap/Cream: Barrister & Mann - Frankly My Pear
Razor: Muhle - Rocca R94
Blade: Gillette Stainless (22)
Post-shave: Nivea Men - 2 Phase PSL / B&M - Frankly My Pear AS Balm

Still falling behind in my sotd.
2 pass WTG XTG = DFS+. The blade has now picked up some efficiency and still super smooth after 22 shaves. I shall keep on shaving with this combo.

TF Customs 24mm 2 band finest. Great little knots that push up beyond their weight class and deliver great lathers. The pigments in the resin of the handle have a chameleon effect and change colour depending on the light. I recommend those who have never watched a brush being made, to visit TF customs YouTube channel and watch a live or past stream.

The Soap, Barrister & Mann - Frankly My Pear. Scent strength light to medium of the puck. B&M describes the scent as a tribute to this pie, a sweet, inviting blend of pear, ginger, lemon, currant, and the lightest touch of balsamic sugar. While not an exact duplicate of the flavor from my memory (fresh pears are a delicacy like no other), it’s a perfect way to greet the cool weather of Autumn, and one of my favorite gourmands to date.

The scent is defiantly a dark gourmand scent, with similarities to fouguere gothic, leviathan, hallows. Its not bright like other pear scents such A&E Asian pear, WCS pearbershop. If you like darker gourmand type scents, you will most likely enjoy this one.

Great to see you pushing the shaves so successfully as the Platinum is a blade I'm yet to try.

Agree 100% regarding the fabulous workmanship from @Tony Forsyth as evident by the consistently high quality of brushes he's been producing on his YT channel and as an owner of a 2 Band Finest Badger knot, they're surprisingly dense, yet soft and whip up luxurious lather with ease!

It would be great to see more P&C members pop into the live chats so we can help grow the channel but by all accounts the videos are getting good views which is encouraging. :)

Cheers for the tip as I've put off getting more soap but the CK6 is certainly on my list for the future.... Or when I win lotto! :pompous:

Pre-shave: Hot water?
Brush: Forgotten Art "Tarkine" 26mm Tuxedo
Soap/Cream: Noble Otter Hamami
Razor: Blackland Vector
Blade: Feather Professional
Post-shave: Shower, Nivea balm

Been a bit slack with my SOTDs lately, so here we go. Picture taken during our one moment of sunshine...

Hamami has to be one of the strangest soaps I have. I keep making the mistake of loading up really heavily in my usual way, especially since you immediately see this sumptuous, rich lather forming up on the puck straight away. But it behaves as if there is more clay in it than in other NO soaps, and it takes buckets of water to get the lather to a usable state. The clay really gets in the way of a close shave. The scent is very much a polarising affair: if you like Hamami, you'll most probably like Rawr (they share a lot of scent notes), but the reverse is NOT the case. I love it, but Mrs Gargravarr is more like "Eurrgh, what's that stink?!".

Pre: Shower
Razor: Rocca R95
Blade: Gillette 7’Oclock Yellow
Brush: 2-Band Silvertip Badger Rhodium
Soap: Proraso Azur Lime
Post: Proraso Green Splash

Proraso Day!!! Whipped up a lather with the Proraso Green soap but didn’t really like it so ditched it and tried with the Azur Lime cream. Much better lather resulting in a traditional three pass BBS, amazingly smooth shave.. topping it off with the splash was the cherry on top!!

Proraso Green is definitely a great refreshing splash! I have a bottle stashed at my parents house for shaving when I visit and look forward to it each time. It’s a simple pleasure.
