Got an amazing shave with the black beauty on a nice mild setting of 6. Really starting to love this razor.

With all my recent focus on the WR2 and its comparison with the BBS-1 I almost forgot, what a great razor the (in my opinion not so humble) Guerrilla is...what a silky smooth shave it gave me today and I am so glad to have it in my den.

A quick pre-work SOTD this morning with mixed results. Sticking with the Cella and it continues to deliver cushioning lather. Paired the 6S with the Rubies and despite enjoying a somewhat smooth shave, by lunch time I was noticing some stubble regrowth around my trouble spots :( I think the Nacet matches this razor best and I'll keep the Rubies for tried and tested DEs such as the GC .84P, Blackland Dart and Wunderbar... Not the worst shave but could've been better... Happy shaves!

I don't know of a non-artisan soap with better performance than Tabac. I do know the scent is on the like-it-or-hate-it ends of the spectrum. I like it but I can't be objective because I'm not sure how much of my assessment is purely scent based and how much is due to nostalgia. The stick makes a great option for any carry-on luggage only trip. I think the scent goes well with many post-shave products, especially those with notes of bay rum, spice, sandalwood, tobacco or vanilla.
