DOTD! What are y'all drinking on today.

This was my poison a couple of nights ago, and it's quickly escalated to being one of my all time favourite cocktails.

Whisky sour (mine), three Dark & Stormy's and one G&T.


If you guys ever make your way to Bilbao, it will be my pleasure to take you to this most excellent whisky bar.

Incidentally, the owner is my regular Scotch provider. My latest acquisition was a beautiful Bunnahabhain. Peaty, but not over the top à la Ardbeg.
