I’m getting old and need help …

I'm sure he isn't planning to jump steroids, and he's in no hurry to pumping up iron muscles, unless his wifey gives him the approval.
Doesn't need wife’s approval with his new girlfriend Diana(bol).
 
@Mark1966 only lifts weights twice a day. - In the morning when he lifts his wallet and, in the evening, when he hoists a glass of single malt :)
Don’t worry, I’m sure @Mark1966 wife will keep him busy around house.

Otherwise, if you don’t bloody move it, you’ll might as well bloody lose it.
 
Build muscle.
Seriously, bulk up, find your TDEE add a few hundred calories over that and lift weights most days, keep your walking up and get some cardio in too.

When you are starting to get a bit chunky, go a few hundred calories below your TDEE number and keep up the protein in both phases.

You will feel a million bucks and look great.

I have done it at age 47 and never been stronger in my life. Fotgot what is a back pain, also my knees are better. Recommend to everyone at every age💪🏻
