I haven’t been shaving for a little while, since I had another eye surgery again and had another retinal detachment failed on my left eye, this is the fifth surgery and if my retina failed again I will be blind for life in my left eye.

The specialist told me that my right eye retina will fail any time in the future, and I’ll be completely blind for life and there no point having surgery on my right eye.

Therefore as I was born 3 and half weeks premature with cerebral palsy, profound hearing loss, there is no point me living anymore. IF my right eye retina failed any time in the future, I will be put to sleep end of life, there’s no point me living anymore been totally blind, profoundly deaf and cerebral palsy all at the same time, it’s very stressing and on my whole family. Sorry I haven’t been myself for a while since my first surgery.

  • Razor Gillette Adjustable FatBoy (5) G1
  • Blade Gillette 7 O’clock Permasharp Stainless
  • Pre-Shave Pears soap (Mint)
  • Brush Synthetic
  • Cream Arko
  • Post Shave Nivea Sensitive Pro Moisturiser
  • Aftershave Brut Splash
  • Balm Nivea – Sensitive Post Shave Balm

The Morning Shave.

A budget shave today.

The 7 O’clock blade was in my 1961 Gillette Adjustable FatBoy today.
This blade was on its 5th run
A very refreshing light face & head shave, No nicks or weepers.
The Arko gives a good lather after a couple of minutes whipping the soap.
The scent can be a little citronella, this does dissipate once the lather is built.
The Synthetic Jack the Barber brush is a good budget brush.

Bloody hell Speedy, that's a bucket of shit, sorry to hear that. :( I like your glasses though, they're cool. (y) I put something in the mail for you yesterday, so maybe you'll get it before the end of the week...

This track came to mind because of the liner notes:
Life goes on.
On and on.
And then one day ...
Carla was hit by a bucket of shit
and the band played on.
She opened the door and was hit by some more
and the band played on.

  • Blade Gillette 7 O’clock Permasharp Stainless (6)
  • Pre-Shave Pears soap (Mint)
  • Brush Synthetic
  • Cream Proraso - Bue
  • Post Shave Nivea Sensitive Pro Moisturiser
  • Aftershave Brut Splash
  • Balm Nivea – Sensitive Post Shave Balm

The Morning Shave.

The 7 O’clock blade was in my 1969 Gillette Super Adjustable today.
This blade was on its 6th run, and after this shave it was sent to the blade bank.
The blade was losing its edge. Not uncomfortable, just a bit of work taking the 24hr growth. I moved the Gillette Adjustable to 7, this helped.
But this is the final shave for this blade. A new blade tomorrow.

The Proraso Blue has a light spicy scent. Good rich lather and good protection.

@SpeedyPC Life certainly dealt you a dud hand. Sorry to hear that you are so low at the present time, and while very few find themselves in the situation you now find yourself, I do appreciate your feelings. Keep the chin up and try and make the best of what you have. The members of P&C get a kick out of your strange sense of fun and the quick comebacks that have made you the star of the forum, may we get them for many years to come. All the best my friend.

Sorry to hear it Speedy! I hope that Lady Luck has turned her hand to you in the last few days. Can’t imagine what you’re going through. Is there anything the P&C members can do for you?
