A Derby? For a whole month? They better make you their pin up boy and give you a lifetime supply!!!
Silly me saw somebody mention a Derby blade so I thought why not  After a few 3 pass shaves there's no way that this blade is going to last all 28 days but I'll give it a good go :clown: Not the worst blade I've ever used but I'll be glad to see the end of it

I fear by the end of this month that he could use a hacksaw and not note the difference!
I don't usually shave everday as I have a coarse beard and find it irritates my skin (neck line) if I shave everyday. Crazy people do crazy things so lets see how far the Derby blade can go before it deteriorates completly:cigar:

Poppycock!
Derbys smooth out wildly to the point they just stop cutting big that’s like 35 shaves in... you get to do more passes this way
I know who I'm blaming when I need to seek medical advice :nurse: PM me your details as I'll be forwarding you the bill from my dermatologist :) 35 shaves ha, who are you guys kidding. Derby haven't seen facial hair such as mine - it's like shaving steelwool on steroids. I hope your right and either way I could always give up seeing as there's no banner so nobody would know the difference ;)

Saponifico Varesino stands right next to Martin de Candre for excellent vegetal bases in my book, I never fail to get really great lather from both and the SV fragrancing while subtle, is very enjoyable and lends itself to so many fragrance pairings.

I agree 100% @todras - fantastic quality, triple milled soaps, with top notch lather and post-shave feel.(y)

Personal glory is more valuable than any @Monsta_AU conferred banner... but if there where a banner, it should be “Blade of glory”

Pairs well with APR for example !!!

I will be doing an Aqua/Marine for spring or summer this year, I'm working on it now actually and it is shaping up really well.

The plan initially was for a re-release or AdS 'intensa' version as I still get a lot of requests for that particular fragrance, but from my tinkering with new designs I know I can really 'push the boat out' and do something much better within the Aromatic aquatic family.

'push the boat out' - oh dear, your humour leaves me all at sea!

Fantastic, now we call run an experiment through you to see if these things actually work.
Apparently all the modern gurus believe they do nothing.
Yeah but the premise that because it’s stainless steel honing doesn’t work is so very flawed.. I’m betting it doesn’t work because I don’t have the genuine snake oil to go with it

Lol. Guess it can hone and straighten the edge but since it is probably a softer material no sharpening will happen.
Maybe a stone of yours will work better :sneaky:
