3 shaves down and only 25 more to go :pompous: We really do need a tumbleweed emoji as this is going to be one long month and I fear my neck line will struggle the longer this madness continues :nurse: Bring on the next shave I say. Good night and happy shaves!

Blade: Derby

A Derby? For a whole month? They better make you their pin up boy and give you a lifetime supply!!!

Pre: Valobra Glycerlanolina soap, Castle Forbes pre-shave gel
Brush: Semogue Owners Club Boar
Soap: Stirling Lemon Chill (Glacial)
Razor: Ever Ready 1912
Blade: Ted Pella Gem SS (3)
Post: Myrsol Emulsion
Balm: Proraso White Sensitive

Hands down the best shave yet with the 1912. Two sublime passes for a DFS+.
A hot night here in Perth, so a mentholated soap was called for. Stirling Lemon Chill is always a good'un. Nice cooling effect, great performance, and a scent that is a dead ringer for Butter Menthol throat lozenges, which for me is pleasant and comforting.

I fear by the end of this month that he could use a hacksaw and not note the difference!

Poppycock!
Derbys smooth out wildly to the point they just stop cutting big that’s like 35 shaves in... you get to do more passes this way

Soap: Pb Grapefruit (Menthol)
Brush: Vie Long Horse/Badger
Razor: Asylum Rx
Blade: Kai Captain Titan
Post: Jojoba Oil
There we go. I wanted to continue exploration of some the new soaps but had to touch base with something more familiar before continuing. The Grapefruit gave me exactly what I was looking for :sigh of relief: . I thought I was heading toward the perfect shave so the over confidence led me to over buff above my upper lip which brought out the alum block.:grumpy:
:) Oh well, try again tomorrow.
