@KingCobra what settings give you the best results with the Black Beauty? I’m test driving a 69 Black Beauty lent by @Holiday . I’m enjoying it but don’t think I’ve landed on perfect settings/technique just yet

@KingCobra what size is the Cola Synth 22mm and how do you find it? I am trialing a few 24mm YAQI synthetics at the moment and while they are an improvement over the Maggards 24mm Synthetic I still find them too spongy/springy and end up make a lot of mess.

First time using the latest PAA CK6 formula. This was given to me by a mate and I have to say that the performance and scent of this soap was top quality.

The ease of lather and the ability to keep adding more water just made this the most luxurious soap and of course being a vegan base, I was well impressed.

Slickness was also excellent along with the cushion feel as the razor and blade did its work.

Scent wise, I love the smell of it. Always difficult for me to pin point specific notes, but this is a cologne type frag which is really pleasing to catch whiffs of. I’m adding John Frum to my will buy list.

The sophisticated aftershave scent to me pairs really well to this soap scent and as always leaves the face feeling fanbloodytastic!!

Decided to give these Wilkinson Sword blades a try. Got a few nicks with them, shave was a touch rough but I certainly got an extremely close shave. Was a bit of sting when I applied the splash but no razor burn. Not sure what to make of them, so far I don’t love them but I certainly don’t hate them either. Anyone know where these are made?

A super quick prework SOTD. Nice and easy DFS with plentiful slickness from the soap. Finished off with some Bombora goodness... Happy shaves!
